Dean Teigland, Project Manager Dean Teigland, Project Manager Dean works on-site to insure that every home building project runs according to the customer’s wishes. He keeps the project on schedule by setting up and adhering to the plan. He makes all the necessary phone calls, does trouble shooting when needed and coordinates on-site inspections. Dean also advises customers of changes that may help or improve their home. Work Related Experience: Dean is qualified to give the customer good advise because he has over 26 years of experience in the building industry. He owned his own construction company for much of that time and has worked with Titan Construction since 2002. Education: Junior College Accounting Degree Continuing Education for Construction Personal: Dean and his wife have lived in St. Stephen for the past 16 years. They have 2 grown sons who are both following their father’s footsteps with careers in the construction industry. In his spare time he likes to hunt and fish, and does woodcarving and whittling. Danita Traut, Project Coordinator Danita Traut, Project Coordinator Danita is the one the customers count on to review contracts and help them make selections for their new home through a variety of vendors. It is also her responsibility to keep the customers informed and up-to-date of the stages of their home. She coordinates scheduling with the Project Manager, as well as, the Subcontractors and Vendors. When a new home is completed Danita will do a final walk thru with the customer to be sure the home is everything they dreamed of. Work Related Experience: Danita has 4 years commercial construction experience and 7 years residential construction experience. She has also worked in the insurance field for about 12 years in addition to 4 years in the Banking Industry. Education: 5 years of continuing education for Construction Property and Casualty License Principles of Banking Personal: Danita has lived in St. Stephen for 25 years. She is a member of the St. Stephen Snowmobile Club (past president and secretary 6 years). She has coached girls’ softball and served as a Brownie and a Girl Scout leader. She is currently a recorder for the St Stephen Planning Commission and a member of the St Stephen Park Board. Danita is also a member of the St. Stephen Catholic Church where she is a Eucharistic Minister and a Lector. Danita and Ken have been married for 26 years and have 2 grown children, Jill and Tamara, and 1 grandchild, Tyler. In her spare time she likes to go to the cabin and fish, boat, pontoon, as well as, hike and snowmobile. She also enjoys riding motorcycle, golfing, 4 wheeling, gardening, crafts, sewing and spending time with family and friends. Peter, Paul and Michael schools (K-8) and graduated from Cathedral High School in 1996. She then attended and graduated from The Saint Cloud Technical College with a diploma in Child and Adult Care and Education. She was employed with a local child care center for several years but needed a different kind of "challenge".
